A sophisticated family recipe for chili cheese sauce from my grandma. Remove the sliced cheese from the plastic wrap and place it in a glass bowl (without further processing). Then add about a shot glass of condensed milk (or regular milk). The amount of milk really only determines the consistency later on, so you can vary it as desired. Add the jalapeños and place the bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes at 360 W. Then stir the soft cheese with the milk a little, then place it in the microwave for another 2 minutes at 360 W. Stir again thoroughly. If the current consistency is not to your liking, stir in a few more drops of milk. Season to taste with chili powder. Variations: Add freeze-dried onions or fried onions to the sauce, if desired. Bon Appetit! Recipe from Wotan & Grandma, perfected by Grooobi.
