Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 medium-sized egg yolks
- 5 tbsp, heaped sugar
- 200 g whipped cream
- 750 g quark (20%)
- some lemon zest
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 300g fusilli
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
wonderfully juicy sweet pasta casserole
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Butter a baking dish. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully mix the quark, lemon zest, cream, and eggs. Fold in the pasta. Pour everything into the baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes.
