Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g margarine
  • 120 g sugar
  • 120 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs. Stir in the flour and salt. Spoon the batter into paper baking cups. Bake at 250 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes. If you like, you can frost the teacakes. They also taste delicious with baked apple pieces.
