ideal thirst quencher and also tastes good to children

First, brew the rooibos fruit tea, adding 2 tablespoons of tea to 1 liter of water, letting it steep for about 5 minutes, and then letting it cool. Strain into a large 2-liter pitcher and add the apple juice and red grape juice. Finally, add the fresh lemon slices and stir well. An ideal thirst quencher for young and old; kids love it too. No sugar is needed, and the main ingredient is tea. Something healthy and delicious at the same time.
