Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, already rolled out
  • 1 pack of cream powder (paradise cream)
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 pack of chocolate coating to taste
  • some sugar
  • some water for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the puff pastry into approximately 16 pieces and brush one side with water. Dip the wet side in sugar. Bake the puff pastry pieces, sugar-side up, for approximately 13-15 minutes until golden brown (this varies depending on the oven, so check frequently to make sure they don’t overbrown). Let cool. Melt the chocolate coating. Lightly whip the cream and add the Paradiescreme. Mix until smooth. Spread the cream on the unsweetened side and dip the cream side into the chocolate coating. Let dry. Store uncovered in the refrigerator.
