Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 2 tsp tea (Ceylon tea)
- 8 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Let the tea steep in the hot vinegar for about 10 minutes. Strain. Mix with the oil, season with salt, pepper, and perhaps some chopped parsley, and then drizzle over a green salad.
