Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 2 large sage leaves
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 1 mint sprig(s)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with mint, thyme and sage; soothing

Shake out the herbs, rinse briefly with cold water, and place them in a cup. Pour boiling water over them and let them steep for 10 minutes. Remove the herbs. Sweeten the tea with honey.
