Teichmann’s Mayonnaise

The perfect teichmann’s mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 bottle Rapeseed oil
  1. Mix all ingredients except for the oil in a blender on the highest setting until the ingredients have combined. A small hole forms in the process. Pour enough oil into this with the mixer running until this small hole has closed.
