Ingredients

  • 10 piece Baby bananas
  • 250 g Tempura flour
  • 700 ml Water
  • 300 g Couverture whole milk
  • 100 g Strawberries

Instructions

  • Mix the flour and water with a whisk until smooth. Peel the baby bananas and heat a saucepan with oil and a saucepan with water. Roughly chop the couverture and let it melt in a metal bowl in the saucepan with the boiling water. "Bathe" the bananas in the tempura batter and fry them until golden brown in the oil, then drain them on kitchen paper.
  • Dip the washed strawberries briefly in the liquid chocolate and place in the refrigerator to harden the chocolate. Arrange the remaining liquid chocolate on a plate, with the fried bananas and strawberries.
