Ingredients
 

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
  • 7 tbsp Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs and sugar for 4 minutes. Then add the milk, butter, vanilla sugar, oil and cocoa and stir
  • Remove one cup from the mass.
  • Then add the flour and baking powder to the dough, put everything in a small springform pan (except for the cup you left behind) and bake in the preheated oven at 160C ° for about 20 minutes
  • After baking, poke holes in the cake with a toothpick and tip the cup with the batter over, then sprinkle with powdered sugar or desiccated coconut
