Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 7 tbsp Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and sugar for 4 minutes. Then add the milk, butter, vanilla sugar, oil and cocoa and stir
- Remove one cup from the mass.
- Then add the flour and baking powder to the dough, put everything in a small springform pan (except for the cup you left behind) and bake in the preheated oven at 160C ° for about 20 minutes
- After baking, poke holes in the cake with a toothpick and tip the cup with the batter over, then sprinkle with powdered sugar or desiccated coconut
