Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g butter
  • Jam (blackcurrant jelly) for spreading
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

makes about 50 pieces

Make a shortcrust pastry from the first six ingredients and refrigerate briefly. Then roll out thinly and cut out cookies using three different-sized cutters. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Then, sandwich three different-sized cookies together with jelly and dust with powdered sugar.
