Thai Minced Meat Pan with Vegetables

The perfect thai minced meat pan with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Onion, peel, dice
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 Bell pepper, peel, wash, cut into strips
  • 1 Carrot, peel, wash, cut into sticks
  • 2 Teaspoon Red curry paste
  • 2 Eßl Soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • Salt, cumin, basil
  1. Sear the curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
  2. Stir in onion cubes and vegetables, continue to fry for a few minutes.
  3. Now add the minced meat and fry until crumbly.
  4. Add soy sauce, coconut milk and sugar, stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Finally season with the spices. Serve with basmati rice! Good Appetite
