Thai Minced Meat Pan with Vegetables
The perfect thai minced meat pan with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Onion, peel, dice
- 400 g Ground beef
- 1 Bell pepper, peel, wash, cut into strips
- 1 Carrot, peel, wash, cut into sticks
- 2 Teaspoon Red curry paste
- 2 Eßl Soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- Salt, cumin, basil
- Sear the curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
- Stir in onion cubes and vegetables, continue to fry for a few minutes.
- Now add the minced meat and fry until crumbly.
- Add soy sauce, coconut milk and sugar, stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Finally season with the spices. Serve with basmati rice! Good Appetite
