Sour Cream and Mascarpone Cake
The perfect sour cream and mascarpone cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Buy or bake a cake base
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 1 cups Mascarpone
- 3 Packets Vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 4 leaf Gelatin white
- 250 ml Sweet cream
- 2 Glasses Blueberries, sour cherries or other fruits
- Mix the sour cream, mascarpone, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and sugar.
- Prepare the gelatine according to the instructions and stir into the sour cream.
- Beat the saws until stiff and fold in as well.
- Place a ring around the cake base and spread the sour cream on it – chill for 30 minutes.
- Spread the fruit on top.
- Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and spread over the fruit,
