Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (sponge cake)
- ¾ liter cream
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 8 sheets of gelatin
- 200 g block chocolate

Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Soften 8 gelatin leaves in a little cold water, then squeeze out the excess water and heat until dissolved. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly, then add it to the whipped cream. Next, add about 5 tablespoons of the chocolate cream to the dissolved gelatin and stir in. Then add everything to the rest of the chocolate cream and stir well. Place a cake ring around the sponge cake base, pour the chocolate cream on top, and smooth it down. Done! Recipe from the baker.
