Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • 250 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 g arugula
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, drain through a sieve, and then let cool. Trim and thoroughly wash the arugula. Wash the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into small cubes. Place in a bowl. Mix the pasta with the olive oil and tomato paste and add to the other ingredients. Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
