The cauliflower pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp herbs
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • Salt
  • 200 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Salt
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp curry ketchup
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • 50 g Gouda, grated
  • e.g. bell pepper(s)
  • e.g. mushrooms
  • n. B. Corn kernels from the can

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash the cauliflower, cut into florets, and boil in a little water for 15 minutes. Drain the cauliflower and chop it. Mix the egg, cheese, garlic salt, olive oil, herbs, and oregano with the cauliflower to form a batter. Spread the batter on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. During this time, chop the topping ingredients and mix the sauce. Top the pizza and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the Gouda has melted.
