Ingredients for 4 servings:
- e.g. leftover meat (grilled meat or steaks)
- 150 g pasta
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 shot of red wine
- 70 g tomato paste
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 1 pinch of coriander

Roughly chop the onion and then sauté it in the butter in a large pan. Then add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Deglaze with a generous splash of wine and bring to a boil. Stir in the cream and yogurt, add the mushrooms (with their stock) and ketchup, season with cumin, cayenne pepper, and coriander, stir well, and set aside. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, cut the leftover grilled meat into bite-sized pieces. Then grease a suitable-sized baking dish with the butter. Mix all the ingredients, add them, cover with grated cheese, and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
