Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • ¼ liter milk, lukewarm
  • 1 can of tomatoes, diced
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 1 pack of salami
  • 1 jar pickled peppers
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • 1 small jar of olives
  • 2 packs of cheese (Gouda), grated
  • some oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix flour, salt, yeast, and lukewarm milk to form a dough. Let it rise in the oven at about 50 degrees Celsius for one hour, or in a sunny spot. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Prick the dough a few times with a fork. Pre-bake the dough in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for ten minutes. Spread the tomatoes on the dough; don’t add too much liquid, or the dough will become mushy. Cover with ham and salami. Slice the peppers, add the mushrooms and olives, and sprinkle with cheese. Finally, season with oregano. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
