The light carrot salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 carrots
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 apple
  • 100 orange juice or apple juice
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots and apple. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix with the orange or apple juice. Sweeten with sugar, if desired.
