Recipe for grill and stove
Season the minced lamb with lemon sea salt, rosemary, and pepper. For the burger sauce, place the yogurt, squeezed lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Press in the garlic cloves. Add the Worcestershire sauce and finely chopped mint (amounts to your liking) and mix everything together, season to taste, and add the remaining veggies to taste. Finely slice the onions. Slice the tomatoes. Boil the beans in water. Place two slices of bacon side by side, slightly overlapping, and wrap 5-8 cooked beans lengthwise around each slice. Form the minced lamb into 4 equal-sized patties and grill them to the desired doneness (on the grill or in a pan on the stovetop). After turning the patties, add the bacon-wrapped beans to the grill and grill on all sides until the bacon is slightly crispy. Cut open the burger buns and lightly toast the inside. Top the bottoms of the burger buns with all the ingredients (either use the cheese raw or add it to the patties just before the burgers are cooked in the grill or pan). Drizzle with the burger sauce and fold the burgers shut.
