Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g cocoa powder, if desired

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Then slowly add the flour. If you prefer a darker dough, you can also knead in the cocoa powder at this point (e.g., for black and white pastries). Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for one hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Shape or cut out cookies as desired and bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for about 10-12 minutes.
