Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Tarte flambée dough for 2 bases
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tsp, heaped pesto, red
- 200g salami
- 1 can kidney beans
- 100 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper

Our own creation – and super delicious!
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) or as directed on the package. Mix the sour cream with the pesto and season generously with salt and pepper. Drain the red beans and cut the salami into small cubes or strips. Spread the sour cream mixture on both layers. Distribute the beans and salami on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. You can, of course, add corn, red bell peppers, chili peppers, etc. The sky’s the limit.
