Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 slice(s) Gouda
- 2 slices of Black Forest ham
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the garlic clove into small pieces. Add a little margarine to a pan and heat over medium heat. As soon as the margarine sizzles, add the garlic pieces and ham to the pan. After a short while, crack the four eggs into the pan. Quickly sprinkle the oregano, salt, and paprika over the eggs. Next, place the Gouda cheese on top (a quarter slice on each egg) and wait until it melts. Now, place two eggs on each piece of toast and serve.
