Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 16 g cinnamon
- 10 g star anise (complete seed capsule)
- 10 g coriander seeds
- 10 g ginger powder
- 8 g cardamom
- 4 g vanilla pulp
- 2 g cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grind and mix all ingredients as finely as possible. It’s best to start chopping in a blender and then grind in a mortar. Pour into a shaker and sprinkle on creams, muesli, smoothies, ice cream, etc. 60 g: 313 kcal. One sprinkle over the desired food with the spoon is approximately 0.8 g and approximately 0.4 kcal.
