The very best chocolate-banana curd

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g low-fat curd cheese (0.2% fat)
  • 2 large bananas
  • n. B. Cocoa powder, instant
  • possibly chocolate (chocolate chips or similar)
  • possibly desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

own recipe, low in fat and very, very tasty

Mash the bananas as thoroughly as possible with a fork. Then transfer the quark to a bowl and mix in the banana puree in two batches until everything is evenly distributed. Do this carefully, using a spoon, not in a blender. Then add the cocoa powder. 2-3 tablespoons, depending on your taste. Two tablespoons are usually enough for me, but you can vary this depending on how chocolatey you want it to be and how sweet the bananas are. Fold in the chocolate, if desired. You can also serve the dessert beautifully by sprinkling it with desiccated coconut, for example.
