Preheat the oven to approximately 170°C. Finely crumble 18 of the Oreo cookies. This works best with a kitchen utensil or a rolling pin on a bag containing the cookies. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs. Pour the mixture into a 20 cm springform pan lined with baking paper, forming a rim about 4 cm high. For the cheesecake, mix the cream cheese with the sugar and flavoring and beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix in the flour and sour cream. Crumble the remaining Oreo cookies, not too finely, and fold them into the mixture. Pour the filling into the springform pan and bake the cake for approximately 55 minutes at 170°C fan-assisted oven. After baking, let the cake cool on a rack and refrigerate for 4 hours. If you want to bake the cake in a 26 cm pan, simply multiply all the measurements by 1.7. The cake contains approximately 360 kcal per serving.
