Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 2 figs, fresh
  • 4 tbsp port wine
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 150 g
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for two sweet tooths

Wash the pears and figs. Core and quarter the pears, trim the tips of the figs, and quarter the figs. Heat the port wine, honey, and sugar in a small saucepan or frying pan and fry the pears and figs for about 3 minutes, turning frequently. In the meantime, garnish the bowls with the yogurt, then arrange the hot fruit on top and drizzle with the hot sauce. Finally, garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Serve with a medium-dry Riesling or another dessert wine, according to your taste.
