Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ liter oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 dashes vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 some pepper
- some salt
- ½ bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bell pepper(s), green
- 1 shallot(s)
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp chili sauce (or fresh powder)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper

For the mayonnaise: Whisk together the egg yolks and mustard. Add the oil drop by drop while stirring until an emulsion forms. Then whisk in the oil in a thin stream. Once the mayonnaise thickens, season and add the vinegar. For the dressing: Finely dice the bell peppers and set aside with the finely chopped shallots. Whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, chili sauce, and ketchup. Now add the bell peppers and shallots and season with the remaining ingredients to taste.
