Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 300 g flour
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 kg quark
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

This cake is designed for a standard, but slightly deeper, baking tray. Prepare the batter from the first seven ingredients and place it on a greased baking tray. Mix the next six ingredients in order until creamy and spread it on the batter. Then mix the remaining six ingredients together and spoon them over the cream. Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
