Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g sugar
- 70 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g chocolate (dark, milk or white)
- 70 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- 1 half vanilla pod(s), can also be omitted
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Similar to Nutella
Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan, add the sugar, then turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove. Finely grate the hazelnuts in a food processor or with a grater. Scrape out the seeds from the vanilla pod. Add all ingredients to the pan and whisk vigorously for about 30 seconds. Pour the spread into jam jars or an empty Nutella jar and let it cool. Turn the jar upside down. After about 20 minutes, refrigerate the Nutella to firm up!
