Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g Skyr
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp guar gum
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, whisk the eggs and skyr. Then, while stirring constantly, add the sifted guar gum. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes before rolling it out and cutting it into thin ribbon noodles. Place the prepared noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain and refresh.
