Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 ½ kg potatoes, waxy
  • 2 packs of sausage (hunting), sliced
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 large apple
  • 4 medium-sized gherkins
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 8 tbsp, leveled sugar
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 100 g bacon, fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their jacket potatoes, peel, and dice them. Dice the sausage, onion, apple, and gherkins. Place everything in a large bowl and mix with salt and pepper, vinegar, and sugar, and season to taste. Cut the fatty bacon into as small cubes as possible. Just before serving, fry the bacon until crispy, then sprinkle it over the salad immediately. Stir again.
