Thyme – apple – meatballs …
- 150 g Minced meat
- 0,5 Small onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Quark
- Pepper
- Salt
- 0,5 Apple fresh
- 4 Stalk Fresh thyme
- Breadcrumbs
- Fat for frying
Mashed sweet potatoes
- 250 g Sweet potatoes
- Salt
- 50 Milliliters Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Nutmeg
- Finely chop the onion. Mix the minced meat with the onion, egg and quark. Season with pepper and salt. Peel the apple, remove the core and grate coarsely. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves off. Mix both in the mince.
- Form meatballs from the mixture, turn in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot fat.
Mashed sweet potatoes
- Peel, wash and roughly dice the sweet potatoes. Cook in salted boiling water for about 25 minutes until soft. Drain and allow to evaporate a little.
- Heat the milk. Mash the sweet potato. Gradually stir in the hot milk and butter. Season with nutmeg.
