Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp thyme, dried
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cooked ham into small cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the thyme and mushrooms. Pour in the cream and, if desired, a little water, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer briefly. Serve with pasta of your choice. Tip: If you like, you can thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch.
