Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of sandwich toast
  • 50 g cream cheese, natural
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard, sweet
  • 1 tsp, strained mustard, medium hot
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g smoked salmon slices
  • n. B. chives
  • e.g. parsley, finely chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Smoked salmon with a twist

Lightly toast the sandwich bread. Combine the cream cheese with the sweet mustard, medium-hot mustard, and herbs. Stir until smooth, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the toast and top with the smoked salmon. Fry two fried eggs in a pan and place them on top of the salmon.
