Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 280 g sorrel
- 1 onion(s)
- 80 g wheat flour
- ¾ liter of water
- some pepper
- 3 vegetable stock cubes
- ½ liter of milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Remove the sorrel from the main stalk and wash it. Sauté the onion. Add the sorrel and stir until it forms a lump. Then add the flour and stir into a paste. Add 3/4 liter of water, season with pepper, and add the stock cubes. Then add the milk and mix with a food processor until creamy. Simmer for a few minutes.
