Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g salt
  • 2 tsp wild garlic, shredded and dried
  • 1 tsp lemon verbena, shredded and dried
  • 1 tsp chili pepper(s) (Piri Piri), shredded and dried
  • 2 tsp coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp marjoram, shredded and dried
  • 2 tsp pepper, whole, black, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season the steaks. Caution! Always season after grilling, as the seasoning mix contains salt! Since seasoning is a matter of taste, the seasoning should be available for each guest to add to their meal after grilling. In my experience, another seasoning salt prepared without piri-piri is best. This way, the spiciness can be adjusted by adding enough salt.
