Tina’s Stuffed Mushrooms

The perfect tina’s stuffed mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 127 g Mushrooms
  • 25 g Onion
  • 30 g Grated cheese
  • 2 disc Turkey breast
  • 40 g Mozzarella minis
  • 40 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  1. First, the mushrooms are cleaned and the stem is removed. Then the stalks, onions, turkey breast and mozzarella are diced into small cubes.
  2. Onions and mushroom stalks are steamed for about 2 minutes and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients with the cream cheese and fill the mushrooms with it. Bake the cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 160 degrees (convection).
