Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beans (bush beans)
  • 2 small onions (mini onions)
  • 2 tbsp, spread peanut cream, crunchy
  • 200 ml coconut milk, creamy
  • 250 ml water, hot
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth (from Alnatura)
  • 1 garlic clove(s), fresh (alternatively garlic granules)
  • coriander
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Random recipe

Wash the green beans, drain, trim, and halve them. Peel and finely chop the onions. Peel and finely chop the garlic (or use 1 teaspoon of garlic granules instead). Add everything to hot oil and fry until translucent. Stir in the peanut butter, coconut cream, and water one after the other. Then add the green beans. Season with vegetable stock, pepper, salt, and coriander. Cover and simmer over low heat until the beans are tender. Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
