Particularly fine variant with egg liqueur

Make a shortcrust pastry from 250g flour, 125g butter, 80g sugar, and the egg. Roll it out and place it in a greased springform pan. Make a vanilla pudding from the white wine, water, sugar (200g), vanilla sugar, and pudding powder. Peel and grate the apples, and stir them into the pudding. Pour the cooled mixture onto the shortcrust pastry base. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C (top and bottom heat) (electric stove) or 180-200°C (gas oven), thermostat setting 2-3. Whip the cream until stiff and cover the cooled cake. Brush with advocaat. Tip: Instead of the white wine and water, you can also use 3/4 liter of apple cider.
