Tipsy Hermann – Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 90 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 cup dough (Hermann dough)
  • 200 g fruit and 30 ml liquid from the rum pot
  • Powdered sugar and some rum pot liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with rum-soaked fruits and Hermann dough

Chop the fruit into smaller pieces if necessary, then mix everything together to form a batter, fill muffin cups, and bake at approximately 180°C for 25-30 minutes. For the glaze, mix some powdered sugar with the rum pot liquid until smooth and spread it over the top of the muffins.
