Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 90 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 50 ml oil
- 1 cup dough (Hermann dough)
- 200 g fruit and 30 ml liquid from the rum pot
- Powdered sugar and some rum pot liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with rum-soaked fruits and Hermann dough
Chop the fruit into smaller pieces if necessary, then mix everything together to form a batter, fill muffin cups, and bake at approximately 180°C for 25-30 minutes. For the glaze, mix some powdered sugar with the rum pot liquid until smooth and spread it over the top of the muffins.
