Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 egg yolks
- 75 g sugar
- 40 ml Amaretto
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 ml coffee
- 250 g ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Place the egg yolks in a bowl (measuring cup) and whisk in the sugar and half of the Amaretto, then stir in all of the mascarpone. Mix the remaining Amaretto with the coffee in a shallow bowl. Briefly dip each sponge finger into the coffee and place it in the bowl. Once one layer is full, add a layer of cream, then another layer of sponge finger, and then a layer of cream. Dust the final layer of cream with cocoa. Let the tiramisu chill in the refrigerator.
