Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone (regular or light)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 2 cup(s) coffee, strong (espresso)
- 2 cl Amaretto (can be omitted, depending on taste)
- some cocoa powder (real cocoa, e.g. Bensdorp, not Kaba)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
ready in no time
Mix the mascarpone with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and Amaretto, if using. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Place a layer of ladyfingers in a baking dish (approx. 18 x 24 cm) and drizzle with espresso (or strong coffee) until thoroughly coated. Spread about half of the mascarpone cream on top. Place another layer of ladyfingers on top, also basting these with espresso. Layer the remaining cream on top and refrigerate the tiramisu. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
