Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 100 g cream cheese
- 60 g sugar
- 10 cookies (butter cookies)
- 1 handful of raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 3 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
- mint for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with butter biscuits and raspberries
Remove the raspberries from the freezer and thaw. Set aside a few raspberries for garnishing. Mash the remaining raspberries with a fork. Mix together the quark, sugar, and cream cheese. Roughly crumble the butter biscuits, soak them in Bailey’s, and mix thoroughly. Arrange in layers in rounded glasses. First the quark and cream cheese cream, then the raspberry puree, then the biscuits, and more cream, etc. Finish with cream and garnish with either raspberries or a few mint leaves.
