Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 520 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 250 g butter
  • 320 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 560 ml milk
  • 150 g quark
  • 350 g mascarpone
  • 200 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 30 ml Amaretto
  • 30 ml espresso

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

makes 24 pieces.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, and milk. Combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda and stir in. Fill the batter into baking cups and bake for about 20 minutes. For the cream, whisk the mascarpone and quark until creamy. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and stir it into the quark mixture. Cut the cooled muffins in half. Mix the amaretto and espresso and drizzle over the muffin halves. Then add the cream and replace the muffins. Chill.
