Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 1 cup of coffee, strong, black, cold
  • ½ cup Amaretto
  • 1 pkt. ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes

Line the bottom of a baking dish with sponge fingers. Brush or soak them twice with coffee and once with Amaretto. Mix the sugar with the Amaretto. Stir in the mascarpone and stiff whipped cream. Spread half of this cream over the sponge fingers. Add more sponge fingers and soak them in the same way as the first layer. Spread the remaining cream on top and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
