Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g whipped cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 75 g sugar
- 250 g mascarpone, alternatively cream cheese
- 125 g quark, low-fat
- 1 cup(s) coffee , 150 ml
- 1 package of biscuits (egg cookies) or sponge fingers
- Cocoa (baking cocoa), for garnish
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
without egg and without alcohol, easy and good to prepare
First, whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Add the sugar, mascarpone or cream cheese, quark, and coffee, and mix well with a mixer. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream in a container, then alternate layers of egg biscuits and cream. I place the biscuits flat side to flat side and domed side to domed side. The top should be just cream. Let it rest for at least half an hour, or longer if you like. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving. Notes: The tiramisu will be very moist, especially on the base; it’s very easy and good to prepare in advance. If you’re making ladyfingers, 200g is usually enough. If you don’t have mascarpone, you can safely use cream cheese.
