Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) white bread
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato(s), pureed
  • Salami, sliced
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 slice(s) cheese (Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Toast gratinated

Simply spread the white bread with remoulade. Then add the pureed tomatoes (a little more is fine :)). Then add the salami, mushrooms, and cheese. Of course, you can also use ham instead of salami. Top with a gratin. The toast is ready after about 7-8 minutes in the oven at 220°C.
