Toast Rolls with Mince

The perfect toast rolls with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Hacked
  • 0,25 tube Tomato paste
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 1 teel. Salt
  • Pepper, chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 3 pcs. Mini tomatoes
  • 6 pcs. English muffin
  • 6 slices Processed cheese of your choice
  1. Mix the egg, tomato paste, clove of garlic, onion pieces and the spices. Add breadcrumbs and fold in well for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the dough on the underside of the rolls. Spread the pieces of paprika on top. Put them in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Add the top of the rolls after 10 minutes. take it out again and place the tomatoes and cheese on top.
  3. when the cheese has run well, remove the rolls and put them together. be careful when biting into it – it is quite hot at the beginning! makes 6 rolls (only 3 can be seen on the pictures)
