Ingredients
- 1 Toast rolls
- 1 Fig fresh
- 0,5 teaspoon Honey
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- Lovage
- Pepper from the grinder
- 2 tablespoon Mascarpone
- 3 Discs Sliced bacon
Instructions
- Remove the stalk from the fig and cut into slices. Cut the spring onion into rings. Remove the fat from the bacon and pluck it into small pieces.
- Mix the mascarpone with an egg yolk. Season to taste with paprika powder, honey and a little pepper and lovage. Stir in the spring onion rings.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °. Pour the mascarpone mixture onto the halves of the roll, cover with the sliced fig and transfer the bacon. Bake at 200 ° for about 15 minutes on top and under heat.
- Salad goes with it.
